[BUG] Magma Barrier - Compressed Duration not working with skill anymore?

I haven't played my warrior in awhile but looked at recent patch notes and didn't see anything about this... Compressed Duration support gem from what I remember worked with this skill but now (even though it is a skill literally recommended by the game when cutting a gem) it won't let me slot it?





I've tried unequipping gems, gear, etc. nothing is fixing it. What gives?
