@GGG: Need update on Crash/Cogs/Restart/Loss of Map Explore issue

@GGG: Please provide an update on the issue where the NVidia driver crashes (black screen), POE2 detects and creates a new game instance (spinning cogs), and the game resumes (with loss of map exploration).

I believe you described your months of research, conclusion, and fix in the video clip linked below. In short, you've concluded it's a NVidia driver issue in drivers after ~ 560.xx and you've not gotten resolution from NVidia for some time. (Personally, I did roll back to 560.81 several weeks ago and, indeed, this issue completely vanished for me.)

I ask for an update because I see post after post with theories, misinformation, and wrong conclusions - just adding to the frustration of those experiencing the issue. Remarkably, there's even a bit of an effort in the community to deny your solution - again after months of your own research confirmed it - to create more of an uproar and call for action.

Please confirm my understanding - that the clip below is describing the dreaded black screen/cogs/resume/map exploration loss. Please confirm NVidia drivers around 560.xx and lower don't have this issue. I've been giving out this solution but am I wrong?

Part of your update needs to answer why you know the solution is in older NVidia driver versions but you still prompt us to install a more recent driver version at game start.

Please also address whether or not, in fact, some very very recent NVidia driver version has fixed this.

It would be helpful to understand your silence - other than the clip below. Why not promote the solution?

Even if your update is "no change in status" - that would be something.
