Poe2 - passively loosing mana - bug

Hello!

I created a character (witch) in POE2. Already entered act4. And at some point of time - my character started to loose mana passively and constantly.

She just loosing it every second. I can use mana potion, but she started loosing it anyway after effect of flask vanishes.

I don't have any items, that drains mana per second.

It looks very bizarre. I started to loose mana after I entered of the Islands in Act4. And I can not fix it.

Can you help me?
