Attribute node only applying to one weapon set

I don't know how it happened but my weapon sets got mismatched. I had :
I Weapon Set 3 (10)
II Weapon Set 4 (10)

The node in red was initially only in the first weapon set.
After trying to understand why I couldn't allocate another point in my second weapon set, I decided to refund my passive points to undo then redo both weapon sets and fix the problem.
That's the result you see in the first 2 images. It's not properly applied and I do not benefit from the red node in my second weapon set.

I tried reloging, When I did, the red node was back in the first weapon set only. Like if I didn't respect anything.

So I tried to change up the weapon sets to make sure the node had to be in both set. Like in image 3.

Note : When I clicked apply, it did the sound, took the gold, but the "apply" button stayed there (like in the picture). I could keep clicking it (it didn't continue to take gold).
But after pressing escape and returning to the skill tree, it seemed to be correctly set (Except still no strength from the node).

So I reloged again, and that's the result of the last image. It straight up removed every point I had in the second set from the node up. Whatever I do, I can't fix it. I already lost quite a bit of gold trying to. I don't know what to do.
