Bug Report: Crashing to WindowMode + Program is not Responding, wait or close?

Like the title says, sometimes the game will crash from fullscreen into window mode and if I click, I will get the pop up saying "program is not responding. would you like to close it or wait for it?"

I always wait as sometimes it will let me back in the game where I was. Other times, I will get kicked to the log in screen. This time, it loaded back into the game so I was able to get a bug report. I hope this helps.

This happens roughly every hour or two, give or take.
