Derelict Mansion boss fight wont start

Valoch and Avelyne will some times not start the fight. They both seem more occupied with their little party than dealing with me. I can freely move around the boss arena and the fight script never triggers. The entrance into the arena was from the south west side of the map.

Map had breach and ritutal as extra content and one of the ritual circles went into the boss arena.
