Cast On Critical Skill bugged

I cant activate my cast on critical skill but i already socketed a spell

cant attach an image or i couldnt find how to add an screenshot here but basically the cast of critical has a error message saying "missing socketed skill" but i already socketed an skill into it and do have enough spirit to activate it (100) but it just doesnt let me activate it.
