I have megalomaniac diamond I just bought with

Allocates:

Freedom of movement
Spray and pray

And while the diamond is set, I cant activate the skills, although I've reset the passive tree and I have full weapon set points on both

Kindly ur assistance.

with megalomaniac passives are allocated as soon as you socket the jewel.
no need for extra points to manually allocate them.
