BUG Charm slot & Frozen Mandibles ?

I've completed the Ancient Vows mission, which should give me one free charm slot.
But after I equipped the belt with two charm slots, why did the number of charms displayed increase to two?
Is this a bug or what?

And regarding Frozen Mandibles, when will this type of specter be fixed?
It's very annoying if it stays the same and won't attack.


I hope the developers fix this bug soon.

Can you maybe post your ninja poe link, so we can check your gear? Like I was constantly using a 2 charm slot belt and I always had 3. Maybe shadow change on a previous patch?
Because 3 charm belts didnt make any sense since you got 1 slot from the campaign imo
