Oemn of Amelioration doesn't trigger after Omen of Refreshment

Omen of Refreshment prevents the activation of Omen of Amelioration.

I was mapping and died, I had both omens activated, but only one was triggered during death. I lost the full 10% exp due to this. Omen of Amelioration never triggered.

This is normal. One one of any Omen can be triggered per area. This is described on the Omens.

I see, then it shouldn't allow you to activate both at the same time.
