Incorrect Viper Spawn in Utzaal

Not sure how it happened, but in my instance for Utzaal, Viper did not spawn right after the bridge over, and instead sideways in another area, which let me go to the entrance to Aggorat but not actually enter it. Also, the entrance to the Viper fight was only an entryway behind where she stands





Edit: Deadend entrance that couldn't be accessed until after killing Viper
