Can not socket Charge Profusion II into any skill

I am trying to socket the Charge Profusion II into Wind Dancer, but it says - "This Support cannot be socketed into any equipped skill" despite the fact that the Support Requirements are met, I have the skill in my active skills and in the support gem "Supportable Skills" section the Wind Dancer is listed as one of the skill that can be socked.

I already tried restarting the game, changing to keyboard mode, removing skills, gems and cloth. Nothing helps.

Just came across the same thing. Any Fix you know of?

it supports only skills that generate charges (combat frenzy, cull the weak and so on) the ones you give a chance to generate one probably arent supported.
Ignore the eligible skill list or you'll only waste support gems.

Same. Trying to socket Charge Profusion II into Mantra of Destruction, but it won't. Even though I've met the requirements and it is listed as a supported skill. On many guides as well.

I first had to socket Ailith's Chimes, which gives a chance to gain power charges, before I could socket Charge Profusion into Mantra of Destruction.
