megalomaniac attribute problem

The issue is skills/spells dissapear from skillbar when map loading or character loading.

I figured out that

- +1 corrupted gems is dissapearing and I had only 160 INT.
Attribute was required but the fact it wasn't.
placed the dissapeard skill again, it was able to cast.

- using a megalomaniac that allocates "Heartstopping" and it was the problem.
changed the megalomaniac to another one and that worked.
