Bones of Ullr upgrade

Hi, I have upraded my ilvl 47 Bones of Ullr with a divine, as specified in the path notes. But I did not get any movement speed on them. The spirit efficiency worked changed and worked fine. Im playing standard on ps5.

Divine Orb can change the value range of existing mods, but it can't add new mods.
