" That isn't a recipe, that's where you found the recipe. The recipes I'm seeing for those passives are "Despair, Suffering, Ire" for Echoing Thunder and "Suffering, Despair, Ire" for Prism Guard. If you didn't know that you don't only need the correct distilled emotions but also put them in in the correct order, it'd be very easy to get the wrong one here. But I haven't done endgame, so I can't see them in-game to confirm if they're "wrong". I'm just going off of what I can see from PoB and poe2db.
