Simulacrum

I stack in the Simulacrum Encounter. After wave 8/15, all the monsters are dead and nothing happens.

-100 splinters. Progress lost.

Next attempt. Wave 12/15, same situation! All enemies are dead. Reword did not appear, I cannot start next wave.
Simulacrum is broken! |

-100 splinters, -1 h. This is a progress blocking bag. I cannot get atlas points.

3d attempt – same result. This cannot be a random event. Something is preventing simulacrum from spawning monsters. I do not know if these are my minions, or spirits from Right of Passage. Map description says – 15 monsters remain, but I do not see any and can not progress.

Follow-up. I ran additional tests, and now I am 100% sure that use of “Rite of passage golden charm” creates this problem.
