Hp not regenerate

My HP is not regenerating and healing potions to heal me. At some point it starts working and then Hp gets again full, but after some time it again stops regenerating and hp stays low.. it is not possible to play as you die so often as the HP is not regenerating...

Are you playing a Lich and have taken the ascendancy node that prevents your Life from changing while you have Energy Shield?
