This is why we're better off in 0.3.1

I'll clear this Citadel before I go to bed tonight; 4 nodes and then I'll run it with my best Waystone and Tablets for optimal results.

In 0.3 I was at least 9 nodes away from an optimal run - probably more like 10-12.

At the rate I play I would probably not be running this until the weekend if we were still in 0.3.
