rogue exiles still not turning lich anymore

since 0.3.1 its been bugged. they can stand and die on top of an abyss, they just ded

Completed 10+ t15 delirious juiced overrun by abyssal maps with +1 rogue exile tablets today and yes, you're probably right. Killed more than 5 green ones and they didn't turn into a lich.

Probably because GGG made it rng based or it's just a bug. They really like to control the player's "fun" by hard-scripting things like a secret goverment agent. Most of the rogue exiles are spawning next to the abyss cracks without getting effected by it. Just GGG things, I guess.
