finished map node became attempted, after doing next connected map node

i just came to a tower through a line of connected map nodes, finished the tower, reviewed atlas now being uncovered by tower. i noticed that the last node before the tower became undone again. on screenshot it can be seen that on no other way i would access the tower



edit also south of tower there is an unconnected map node, now accessible
