Manoki fight on Jade Isles still bugged after patch.

Manoki fight is still bugged after the patch, they fixed Crowbell but no information on known issues for this. I have lost 5 Jade Isles to a bug on Manoki now. First 3 were him not transitioning to Phase 2, 4th he changed form but didn't leave the first room and 5th was stuck at Phase 1 again. Running on T15 map no delirium.
