Campaign update was good. I enjoy all the new content. Game looks great sounds great. Performance has been an issue but I know its being worked on. Endgame is a major issue. And I honestly feel it is worse in 0.3.1. I was planning on playing to 99 or 100. but now nope. GGG started doing mid league nerfs. Labeling nerfs as "bugs". Or flat out changing how evasion works mid league. Nerfed farming strats mid league. Quant tablets are useless now.
The tower change was okay. But having to roll tablets way more often is really annoying and tedious. Having to track how many uses they have left. Only having 10 uses each to begin with is just way too low. WAY less tablets are dropping now. Making it even harder to get desirable rolls. Being forced to run 6 mod maps to have access to 3 tablets is also just bad. You can't run unid maps. I have to slam or roll all maps. Or else I will be missing out on content and tablet mods. Evasion feels worse. I do not understand the change or how the formula works. But I am getting hit a lot. more often after the recent patch and I am using blind/evasion. It just feels like Its not worth using at all anymore. in 0.1 evasion felt way more viable. I didn't like how acro was required but other than that it felt fine. Life is way undertuned(unless you go full life kaoms+veil). ES is way overtuned. Trying to play life/evasion is just not viable. You end up with 2.8k life and sub par evasion(now even worse) There is 9% increased life on the whole skill tree. meanwhile minion life is at +300%. And increased energy shield is at a total 955% available on the tree. You want us to get life from gear. But the rolls available are so low Its a waste of a prefix without having any % available to scale it. Energy shield or even hybrid ES bases are capable of rolling FAR more es than life. And there is 106x more increased ES on the tree compared to increased life. Make it make sense. Life rolls should be much higher on gear if there is not going to be more % life added to the tree. We can't even get % life on jewels. You can get 20% increased ES on a jewel. Why is ES just better in every. single. way. I have some suggestions that could possibly help improve the game and experience for everyone in general. The first and biggest one would be PRECOMPILED SHADERS. Make a torrent available for them or something before each league start. Compiling shaders on the fly results in invisible effects or enemies and massive performance dips. Which should go away but for some reason they never do. 2nd and I personally feel this is very important. We need more jewel sockets on the tree. I understand you guys didn't like how many sockets there were in 0.1. I thought it was okay but jewel mods themselves should have been nerfed. I feel some or all of the jewel sockets should be added back and the power of jewels themselves be nerfed. Or leave the jewel socket change as is, but add a unique tattoo type item that changes any attribute point into a jewel socket. Limit 1 or 2. This will allow much more customization. More places to use unique jewels like controlled metamorphosis. I think it will also make more skills/ideas viable. Leech needs some sort of change. Physical damage being the main way to leech is just lame. The node added changes mana leech but not life. Leech also just feels like it doesn't work sometimes. Until you get insane damage then it works fine. We need to see more things buffed not nerfed. Mid league nerfs are lame. The balance is atrocious. That is the only way I can put it nicely. The approach to difficulty in some ways feels like you are trying to make something annoying not hard. For example the t3 ritual boss is a cluster f*ck if you don't instakill him. This type of stuff forces people into either having an unkillable build or so much dmg the boss cant do anything before it dies.
