Xbox lag issue

Anyone playing on Xbox have the same problems as I do? The game is great but playing it on Xbox is a very painful experience because of the lags and fps drops. I have tried with many different settings both in audio and graphics. I wonder if it's just me or do you have the same issue? It's so frustrating when you die dozens of times due to the lag spikes.
Anyone can share their settings?

Oh, I'm playing on Europe servers and have tried all of them including Moscow and everywhere the problem is the same.
