The Khari Crossing: Slay the Worm and Scorpion reward bugged

Afer killing the two bugs, there is only rare items and golds dropped but no Weapon Set Skill Points dropped.
Then I have resetted the map and killed them again, still no weapon set skill points dropped.
Happened on my 3rd character, the 1st and 2nd character has no issues about this rewards.
