Rakiata bugged again?

After 0.3.1 or 0.3.1 hotfix it seems if my map has extra resistances map boss takes forever to kill now with rakiata equipped? No res no problem.
Had no extra life on map so that won't explain it either.
Anyways need to do more testing.

I'm utterly disappointed as well after spending so much divine on this overrated, over promoted gem. Either it is not as good as the effect stated or the gem is definitely bugged. I can kill other bosses in few seconds and I just fought this citadel boss Jamanra, the Abomination, it took me a while (minutes). Then I searched poedb to find out if the boss has lightining resistance, and apparently it has +30% lightning resistance. With Rakiata's inverted, that should have been -30% lightning resistance but my lightning arrow hit it like ant bite. Not sure GGG is going to do something about it or at least do let us know if the gem is working or not.

I heard gossips about Rakiata is not working on bosses or unique bosses.
