Intel XeSS not working and blacking out screen

when I play with any other upcaler the game works fine, but FSR & NIS both look and feel horrible to play. It was fine when I played the other day. I have already reinstalled the game, verified files, updated my drivers, and even updated XeSS in the game. It still refuses to work.

I Have an Intel Arc A750. Thats why I would prefer to use XeSS
