Lack of citadels

Hi,

I was redirected here from email support, the content of which was as follows:

"Do you have any reports about the lack of citadels and the absence of colors/indications behind the fog? I’m already level 91 and I haven’t found even a single citadel, and I don’t know which direction I should move."

Someone have similiar problem?
