Access to tier 16 Maps

So after a while of trade i have swapped to SSF, and the problem of tier 16 maps became clearer.
Currently the access to tier 16 maps are tied to vaal orbs.
I can understand making crafting bases tied to map bosses maybe? However the access to ilvl 82 bases becomes and issue.
With the current system,
Vaaling around 240 maps only resulted around 28 t16 maps, and around 60 went down to t14
Requests:
Either
Let us drop t16 maps (if want to be restricted only from boss is still a big upgrade and qol)
Remove the chance to drop down to t14 and redistribute its weight to other options, hence buffing t16 rate

access to T16 is a huge problem
It should be a priority as it is the base of endgame and crafting!
I mean for poe1 this system would work since scour exists
But for poe2 this system doesnt really work right now
You can get lvl 82 items in lower map tier now. I had quite a few of them on just irradiated maps and in abyssal depth that have +1 to lvl area also.
Prob not as common than on T16 maps but i think it's less mandatory now.

Not too sure how that work but i've noticed that.
Also bosses usualy drop lvl 82 items on irradiated maps.

PS: after trying so much for T16 maps in 0.2 i just gave up cause i ran out of Vaal orbs.

Area level is 80 with irradiation for t15, hence
Rares drop 81/uniques 82
If it was t16 then rares would be dropping 82s

Don't worry they will panic in no time and revert everything to POE 1 systems as we are pretty much there already. They literally can not make a NEW functioning thing to save their hides.
Corrupted zones are a good source of T16's. Now that all the maps are fully juiced, you no longer need to skip any corruption zone (due to lack of towers), so going from one corrupted zone to another for the +1 monster level mod (and adding irradiation to it) is providing a decent amount of T16 maps.

Each corrupted zone has few +1 lvl corrupted maps - you do them and then clear the corruption for a chance of more +1 lvl cleansed maps. And then you move to the closed corrupted zone and repeat.

If you then combine it with corrupting T15 waystones to have some T16's for the travel between corrupted zones, you're good.

I agree there needs to be a better way to get more consistent t16's, I tried on 230 maps and got like 18 lol horrible luck.
