Option to turn off overhead symbols from certain skills

Can we please have a way to turn off/disable the character overhead symbols for certain skills, such as Siphon Elements? They get quite annoying and distracting after a while, thank you.

Update - Oh...sorry, it was actually from my cosmetic helmet change all this time, arg! Why does the helmet have such an annoying thing over my head lol?!
