Desecration is broken after patch

Seeing ilvl 8 mods on items that have preserved desecration is crazy, it is supposed to be limiting them to ilvl30 but I have bricked a ton of good crafts with 3x garbage mods that should not be possible to see. Also make quantity tablets go from 15-30%, I never thought I would say this but bring towers back or even better have tower and tablets at the same time and just let us juice.
