Suggestions for Atlas Difficulty modifiers

Hi! A while ago (back in 0.2.0 I think), I posted a message about how difficult this game is and how I wished that there were atlas passives that lowered the difficulty and drop rates. I wanted to re-iterate this thought in case GGG might consider eventually adding such features. My character, as of writing this, is level 94. Once you reach the high level end-game, finding better gear is essentially close to impossible (it's much easier to trade for the right gear then farm for it) so the game becomes more about enjoying the gameplay and not farming for loot. I understand that may not be the case for everyone, but for me it is. I prefer to create my own character builds, and because I'm not playing the super overpowered builds that so many other players are playing, the game never stops being a struggle to play since difficulty seems to be balanced around those overpowered builds rather than average player builds. I feel like - to please the overpowered players and the average players alike - you could offer atlas passives that lower the difficulty and drop rates. These optional modifiers would allow high-powered characters to just avoid them and weaker characters like mine to balance difficulty to their own needs. Right now, all my atlas passive are centered around pack size because leveling is so hard at level 94, but otherwise there isn't anything on the atlas tree that I want to use. If I didn't need pack size for leveling, I would just refund all my atlas passives and ignore the atlas altogether. Bosses and all the mechanics like abyss, breach, delirium, and ritual are too difficult and unpleasant and a single death to those mechanics sets me back 10% of my experience bar while I currently only get about 4% for a full clear of a map so doing those mechanics only set me back rather than help me in any way. I really wish there were ways of optionally lowering the game difficulty and I would gladly sacrifice drop rates in exchange. I love the gameplay of this game, but only when I feel powerful and am going around destroying everything which seems to only be possible for me if I follow someone's overpowered build, but that takes away from my ability to be creative and explore my own ideas. Sorry for the long post, but I hope you will consider adding something along the lines of what I'm suggesting for players - like myself - who need lowered difficulty. Thank you for listening.

P.S.: I feel like I should mention that I've stuck around since the initial release of the game in hopes that the game will become more fun to play as you listen to player feedback, but as of now (i.e. 0.3.1), I've been developing a growing feeling that POE 2's development will continue in the direction of making it more difficult and that is gradually alienating me. If this feeling continues to grow for me, I am very likely to eventually stop playing POE 2 altogether. If that happens, I will most likely not be coming back.
