Performance has gotten bader as it ever was in 0.3.1

Whats happening? Especially in Breaches, Delirium or Abysses the Performance goes down to like 20 fps or so?

RTX 2080
Ryzen 7 5700x
MSI x470 Gaming Plus
3200mhz GSKill RAM
Samsung 970 Evo Plus NVME SSD

Running on Vulkan with everything on low...

Can someone help me to fix that?
