people with HH cant just rush them and stack the buffs? haha it wouldnt surprise me,i mean what other reason could there be?

because its no longer the map objective? aka quest? why would you need a quest arrow for quest that got removed?

They weren't there originally. They were added in because people whined about having to search out the rares in order to finish the map. You no longer are required to kill any rares to finish a map, it is no longer needed.

do a full clear, i do clears till i see less than 50 mobs remaining. not sure why we need 10+ quest arrows on minimap
