You should be able to use tablets when retrying maps

If you fail a map, the map goes to "Map Attempted" state. This makes the map location lose all the interesting stuff it had on. Which, fair. I get it, you don't want people to just farm the same map indefinitely.
But with the new design for the tablets, if you attempt to retry a map, you can't use tablets anymore. There's zero reason for this limitation. Because it would make a lot more sense if you were allowed to use tablets, but you just spend the tablets' charges. Just like you are allowed to retry the map at all if you give it a new waystone. No, the reason is so that I just not finish the map (aka not kill the boss) and run same layout infinite without tralvel
