MTX idea - Convert any items into permanent skin

I doubt GGG really checking these feedbacks, but it would be cool if there exists an MTX which can convert unique item into permanent skin for your account.

Not these trash consumables which can only transfer one skin to another single item which you will vendor in 3 levels, but kinda make it just a regular mtx.

There's plenty of cool-looking uniques, including very rare ones, but which are only either extremely niche or very low level or just bad.
If there's such mtx exists there will be another reason to play to search/farm for some unique.

Not even additional art work required for such thing, not sure why its not a thing yet...
