Isn't it tempting? (Delirium node) Bugged or changed intentionally?

When I first picked that node (Isn't it tempting?), additional Delirium loots would drop on the spot from delirium mobs. Last night, however, I added two more Delirium atlas skill points, including The mirrors...the mirrors node. Since then the extra drops stopped completely!

I am guessing it's a bug...or did you ninja patch, so that all the Delirium drops now show up at the end of the Delirium encounter? Please check, as it does not feel like it. I feel like I am getting less (and certainly not more) after adding two more atlas points to that three...
