Infernalist State

I played infernalist in season 1, I tried it in season 2 after all the nerfs and ended up playing lich instead. Here I am in season 3 playing Infernalist again but I have quite a few concerns.

Endgame content is highly dependant on super specific gearing. Super specific gems, runes, etc. Most specifically my concern revolves around boots of ullr. These boots are absolutely massive to the infernalist. It adds two main damage dealing spectres to my army, and two other support units like warrior and cleric. The crux of the problem though is the boots absolute best explicit speed is 15%. If you are blessed enough to acquire a 2 socket pair, you can bring it up to 25 with some VERY VERY expensive runes. If you have a single socket pair, you can bring it up to 20 the same way OR you can get it even higher with amanamu's gaze at the cost of not being able to sprint any more. Instead of relegating us to wearing these boots, or suffer what would in my case be a 33% damage reduction, why not build minion reservation more into the class? It is, after all, the defacto minion class.

In my current gear I clear T4 breach up to boss with only 10 seconds to spare, and my gear is no slouch. Its also concerning to me that it takes not only an absurd amount of spirit, but an absurd amount of money or luck in gear crafting just to get to where I am now - clearing the zerg with only 10 minutes to spare when I scoff at it on my alt warrior or my friends breeze through with zero time pressure on their liches and blood mages. That's a different can of worms I won't get in to now.

TLDR make minions inherantly _slightly_ cheaper for infernalists at so we don't have to wear boots of ullr and can take advantage of the recent welcomed QoL improvements to speed and mobility. This would also make leveling better as most people level ed\contagion then switch to infernalist because infernalist leveling is absolute dog.
