Waystone and tablet sustain in 0.3.1

AFter the patch I barely can sustain waystones in T15 (6 mod), and cannot sustain tablets anymore. Even juicy bosses drop only one waystone, and last rare not every time (though I'm not sure anymore whether I found the last rare).

Tablets are almost not dropping at all. Even in maps with multiple breaches I didn't get any tablets.
