The Game Pauzing From 0.2 Is Back

It wasn't even here when 0.3 launched, but after the 0.3.0b it's back, and even longer.

And 0.3.1 didn't fix it.

Are servers under DHS attack again? Over protection and data un sync?

I feel like we are going backwards in some ways.
