New tablet QOL

I feel the los of rare skulls on the maps but what bugs me the most is the impractibility of the tablets right now.

They feel like scarabs but less good whit the way the numbers of use change, the fact that you can't preload them in your atlas device and the fact that if I change character, the map on my first character don't show in my device for the second character.

My suggestion would be that the number of use depend on the tier of the tablet. Like a nice 10 for t1, 13 for t2, ect. And maybe that way I could not worry so much about finding a replacement for my "10 use remaining tablet" when the other 2 are 16 and 13. It's just a lot of micromanagement.

FYI, in poe, I usualy load stacks of 20 scarabs and forget about them until they are done and I absolutly hate to not have the same number for all of them. New tablet completly throw that through the window. It's just bad.
