Game crash

just bought the thaumaturge MTX for plasma blast.
but when im using it the game crashes to desktop without any error messages as soon as i click the skill button it does not matter what map or content im doing as soon as i equip the MTX it happends. there is no issues when not using the MTX im using the crossbow in weaponset 2. the issue is still there, and earlier when i played with a friend it made his game crash too at the exact same time
