Build test zone

Hi would love it if you could create a character test loggin from character select where we could access all items and custom select character level, if this had an arena that we could spawn monsters in to test skill and item interactions. This would have a few different benefits it would allow for players to be fully aware when designing a build if it was playable at end game. It would also speed up identification of interaction bugs with gear and skills.
