Bug report FPS issue

I am having a problem with both POE 1 and POE 2 My FPS gets stuck between 30-40 FPS.

not sure if this is a bug or a problem with my PC setup. The temporary fix I've found is to reinstall the Nvidia driver and then restart my computer after that, my FPS back up to 100+ like normal.

The issue is that I have to reinstall the driver every time I shut down my PC.

My Spec:

CPU: Ryzen 7 7700
GPU: RTX 4060 (8GB)
RAM: 32 GB (4800 MHz)
