when do we get the means to reserve life permanently so we can have low life builds back?

Well currently you get this options as soon as you choose to be an Infernalist, and ascend for Beidat's.
But yea for all the things that talk about low life, low mana, unreserved life, and unreserved mana, you'd really think there'd be skills that reserve them. |
