must have affixes make other gear not worth even looking at
affixes like movement speed / skill level and attack speed are making a large sum of other affix combos on gear i really feel they need to move the power away from gear and place it in the passive tree as the way things are set now rare great outrights kills uniques less for a few exceptions that give either over whelming of a stat or have one you cant find anywhere else the power shift could also fix the emptiness feeling from the passive tree along with not letting the campaign or none grinding focus players feel under whelming because they haven't gotten a plus 3 to spells on a focus or what have you. it would also allow the devs to tweak player power with out nuking the specific skills we all like to try and enjoy. as for movement speed I see a lot of urge for it to be a implicit which doesn't sound that bad but what about stationary effects for boots?

One of the things we players have to remember:
The devs want it to be possible for items to be inherently bricked, and they want it to actually happen. They have added affixes nobody would ever want, explicitly so that an item is immediately bricked if it rolls them. They have added affixes everybody will always want, explicitly so that an item is immediately bricked if it does not roll them. |
