slow debuff is annoying as best

i'm guessing the purpose is to slow down zoomzoom range build, but those build are so fast they barely have to interact with it. as a warrior i don't mind being the slowest class but being slowed + bleed + ignite + chaos diarrhea explosion with only 2k life, this shit is stupid.

Warrior, endgame with 2k life? Bad. Warrior, without the regen to ignore degen? Bad. Warrior, knowing he's move and position dependant not taking CC mitigation? Bad.

They're nerfing slows in the next patch. Your bad build will get slightly further. It'll still be bad though.
