Is every update gonna be a league now?

Just curious bc Johnathan said there would be no leagues until full release. Yet we got a league in .3 if the league is over can we get the mechanics opened up In standard so we can have access to all our currencey?

Whales and no-lifers cried for more end-game content after tapping the game out in < a week after release.

So now instead of focusing on fundamental things like getting weapons and classes finished, they're making new league content to avoid upsetting the children.

I couldn't agree more with what was said here!

However, this issue could have been avoided if GGG didn't try to make a campaign mode during EA.

They could have given us a a rogue-like, randomly generated endless dungeon mode with bosses on each level just like how Pathfinder Kingmaker did with their "Beneath The Stolen Lands" and we would have been able to make both whales and fans happy.

Many game developers, not just GGG, shot themselves in the foot by trying to make players play through campaigns instead of sandboxes.
