LYTHARA THE CRAZED AZMERI BOSS FIGHT SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO BE PATCHED

In regards to this boss fight, It isn’t a skill issue in the slightest on anyone’s part, it’s a 100% a mechanics issue. There’s too many modifiers operating on this one sub boss. Me and my partner spent damn near half a day trying to beat this boss but couldn’t get a single hit in on her in the at past a quarter through the fight, due to all the buffs and clutter this one boss employs. We still haven’t beaten her. Hopefully this upcoming will fix this issue. We’ve quit the game. There’s no point in playing until this boss is fixed.

ah yes, the alcoholic twin of Napuazi. I beat her with 'almost' zdps build (almost because as you said the last 15% of HP needs to either be culled or down fast due to spam). here are my pointers:

turn off audio, and put some pleasant music for this fight, it will ameliorate the entire ordeal (the 'spirit guide me' spam is so miserable that i had to do this for the first time in poe2 since December)

she will throw her first elemental tornado spear at 66% hp, make sure you are at the upper portion of the arena, and make her throw that spear over he cliff (you will get rid of it), do that as many times as you can so the fight will become manageable.

after a while you wont have much choice but try to make her throw those spears at least to the other side/part of the arena (if that spear traveled far enough it wont trigger the ele nado)- if you screwed up and there is more than 2 ele nados in the current portion of arena, move to the other side.

there is a big luck portion to his fight in that if she summons the apes that put slows on you its game over, try again.

fight is very hectic, purple orbs don't deal any damage and seem to be just there to cause chaos/destroy visual clarity so don't panic over some of these.

overall its the best fight out of the interludes (key word here is 'interludes' so its not a very high bar by any means). very clever arena design, def a hard fight. if you lacking dps. very rewarding, so GL and HF!

This is the worst boss so far. Those mechanics are insane in the absolute worst way. She needs to be patched and I will continue to be extremely vocal about this as long as it takes.

Exactly my point! My partner and I spent like half of yesterday trying to take this boss down and we just gave up altogether and played something else. We barely could hit her once we got to her down to 50%. There was no breathing room at all. Everything on the field had us boxed in. I seriously hope that this addressed in the upcoming patch.

did you even try my advice? I get you are angry/frustrated but just try it when you are little less upset. its not like i didn't struggle with it. and yeah i'm sure it will get nerfed in 0.4, if monkay and furry friend both got castrated she will def be in rehab very soon
