[whisps] keep respanwing, and seem generally bugged

Just tried to access an abyssal fissure, while a whisp with seemingly every spirit caused the champions in its area to constantly respawn.
Also sometimes caused a huge list of debuffs combined with a one shot

Was it eventualy an orange one?
That one respawn multiple times eventualy.

• 30% increased Damage
• 20% increased Attack and Cast Speed
• 60% increased Toughness
• 200% increased Rarity of Items dropped by this monster
• 50% chance to revive monster on death
• Monster gains an additional Spirit Possession when it revives
• Monster drops items with +1 to rarity tier
• Monster gains a random Rabbit buff

That must have been it. But The models after respawn disappeared too.
