Hostile Takeover boss bug

Hello, during the quest "Hostile Takeover" during the battle with Diamora, when phase 2 was supposed to come, the boss disappeared and does not appear anymore.
Me and the other player I was in a party with got locked in the arena. Even if I completely exit the game, the next time I log in, it still lets me into the arena with the missing boss.
